Returns and Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product or service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photographs may be requested.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the customer’s bank.
