Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a refund or return in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Supporting photographs may be requested.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the customer’s bank.
Non-Refundable Items
